I am noticing that my orange tree is losing a lot of leaves right now and the ones that are on the tree are curling and standing straight up. Is this normal? If not, are there any suggestions from the experienced orange tree growers?

Is this tree in the ground or in a container. It sounds like the tree is not uptaking enough water.
