I looooove exotic desserts using citrus', orange peels and lemon peels. Ive been trying to find a good site that has some good recepies, but I havent been able to find any :( . Anyone know of some good ones?

look up a recipe for preserved lemomns. you actually preserve the entire lemon (and in the process make it so you eat the rind and fruit) It can keep for weeks and or months. amazing.

another great use for the peel is to soak the poeels (well well washed) in a bottle with vodka. takes on a light yellow color and a great taste. I fill a large gallon jar with peels ( I eat a lot of lemons, so its easy to do) and 1 vup sugar then top with vodka ( use can also use a very light wine)

That sounds very good! Ill have to try that some time.

One of my favorite lemon desserts is lemon ice cream in the frozen lemon peel. It tastes soo good.
