Orange Frost
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 banana, frozen
1 tablespoon non-fat milk powder
Dash cinnamon or nutmeg
2 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until creamy. Serve in 2 chilled glasses. Makes 2 servings.
Variation: Substitute apple juice and one half frozen peeled apple for orange juice and banana.

I think you could replace the 1/2 cup of orange juice with one fresh whole orange and "a splash" of orange juice and then add honey to taste. The cinnamon is a great touch: if it's just a sprinkling, it'll really enhance the flavour of the fruit.
I am tempted to suggest adding ice cream, but that would not be too healthy....

I have a blender, but I hardly ever use it. The clean-up is a real hassle. Does ajohns have a non-blender variation? Does it work out the same if you just stir everything together and add a few more ice cubes?

haha, should taste just as good if you go and chop it up nice and fine, or use a cheese grater? Dunno!
When I saw the title of this thread, I thought this thread was gonna say something about frost in general (I found it in new posts so didn't realise it was a recipe  )
