As some of us know, there are countless variations of lime. My favorite has to be persian lime. I know the differences are subtle, but they are there. Persian lime offers a slightly sweeter taste compared to most other variaties.

So what is all of your favorites?

Key limes, of couse! They are tiny and have the perfect amount of zing! I like when you order a bar drink and they give you half a key lime as garnish. Then it is very squeezable, too!
